Cardiff Coffee Trading (“we”) uses a small internal tool to prepare
our coffee offering lists. This policy explains how that tool uses
Google account data.
What it accesses: with the account owner’s permission, the tool
connects to our own Gmail account (hh@cardiffcoffeetrading.com) only
to create email drafts containing our price list. It does not read,
delete or send email; every draft is reviewed and sent by a person.
Who uses it: only Cardiff Coffee Trading staff, on our own computers.
It is not offered to the public.
What we keep: the tool stores its sign-in token on the computer where
it runs. We do not collect, sell or share personal data from Google
accounts with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
